Questions and AnswersQ. Is there a minimal amount I need to spend with Accent Accessories? A. No, there is no minimal amount you need to spend; all our products are in packs of 12 excluding a few items and all we ask is you purchase a packet. Q. How much do you charge for delivery in the UK? A. If you a UK mainland customer any orders over £200 delivery is free and if you order is less than £200 we only charge you £8 to send out your items. Q. How long can I expect to wait for my items to be delivered? A. If you place your order with us on the internet or on the phone before 2pm we aim that the items will be sent out that day, and you will receive the items the following day. Item ordered on a Friday thou will be dispatched and you will receive on the following Monday unless you want a Saturday delivery slot which will cost £12. Q. Can I pop in and see you, and what are your opening hours? A. Yes, we are happy to help you. Our opening hours are Monday to Friday 10am till 6pm. We can sometime open on a weekend is you find it hard to get to us in the week, but you will need to make an appointment and we do require at least 7 days notice. Q. I have seen a particular product I like but it comes in a selection of colours, can I just order the particular colour? A. Unfortunately we are unable to split boxes up, as these would become unsellable, but what we can do is produce the certain product for you if you wish to order in bulk, we would require orders over 300 pieces to over 1000 pieces depending on the product. There was a particular product on your website I order last time, but cannot seem to find it, can you help? A. If you having trouble finding a product, if you make a note of the item number i.e. PS-09, just type it in the search bar, thou on occasions your find that it doesn’t come up with any results. This is because we have run out of stock on the particular item, just keep checking the site and it will eventually come back in stock. Q. I don’t have a credit card, are there any other options of paying? A. Yes, if you don’t have a bank card we can also accept bank transfers. Just email your orders to info@accent-accessories.com stating you wish to pay via bank transfer and we can then email you our bank details. Once the payment has cleared in our bank we are then able to send you the goods. Q. Can we set up a credit account with you? A. Unfortunately we do not offer credit account as accent accessories is a cash and carry wholesaler. Q. I would like to receive a few samples before doing business with you, is this possible? A. Yes this is possible, we can send out a maximum of 4 sample, thou we do require payment for product and postage. Q. If I am a European customer, do I have to pay VAT? A. If you company is VAT registered then no, all you need to do is supply us with you VAT number then you will not be charged VAT. Unfortunately if you do not supply us with your VAT number you will be charged the stand UK VAT rate of 17.5%. |
