Terms and Conditions1. Orders are accepted by us subject to availability of the goods. 2. No responsibly will be accepted for any goods shortage unless notified to us in writing within three days from the date of delivery. 3. Accent fashion accessories ltd makes every effort to ensure all goods dispatched are in perfect condition .should there be a problem or fault with the goods please return them within seven days .We will exchange, repair or issue a credit for the faulty item at our discretion. Please note that we will not issue a credit on delivery charges. 4. Any goods returned must be notified within 48 hours of your receiving the product and all return must be made within 7 days of receipt of the goods. Goods must be return to us fully packaged (original packaging), unused and in a re-sale condition at your cost. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure that any goods returned are received by us. Any goods returned without our prior consent or having be so returned, any complaints made which are rejected by us, shell be held entirely at the owners risk and expense. 5. No goods are sold on sale or return basis. 6. Non arrival of goods must be notified to us in writing within seven days of receiving the invoice. 7. Responsibility will not be accepted by us for any loss whatsoever occasioned by late, partial or non delivery. 8. All ownership and right of possession of all goods supplied shall in and in all respect to Accent fashion accessories ltd until all cash or cleared funds received in full. 9. Accent fashion accessories may at any time terminate or suspend any part of the Service without notice to you. Delivery information and charges10. Goods ordered before 1:00pm (Monday-Friday) will be shipped via courier the same day. Orders placed after 1:00pm during the week or at weekends are processed and dispatched the following working day. * may take up to 14 working days, we will inform you once the order is completed. UK mainland Scottish island, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland ,ROI & the channel island15 GBP (excluding VAT) will be added. Belgium, France, Germany, Luxemburg & Netherlands Rest of Europe40 GBP (excluding VAT) will be added. Rest of the world50 GBP (excluding VAT) will be added. International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient. Norway, Croatia, Iceland, Switzerland, Turkey Russia & Tunisia We reserve the right to vary these rates if necessary, we will contact you before Dispatch if a higher delivery charge is required.
