Q. Is there a minimum amount I need to spend with Accent Accessories?
A. No, there is no minimum amount you need to spend although we do require that you purchase items by the pack. Most of our products are sold in packs of 12 but some items are available in packs of 6.

Q. How much do you charge for delivery in the UK?
A. If you a UK mainland customer you will receive free delivery on any order of £200 or more. If you order is less than £200 we charge a rate of £8 for next working day delivery by courier.

Q. How long can I expect to wait for my items to be delivered?
A. If you place your order with us on the internet or by phone and we receive payment before 1:00pm weekdays, we aim to send your goods on that same day for next working day delivery. Items ordered and paid for on a Friday before 1pm will be dispatched that same day and you will receive your order on the following Monday. Saturday deliveries can be arrange for an additional charge of £4, to request a Saturday delivery please call us on 0161 834 0400 or email us at info@accent-accessories.com.

Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, ROI & the Channel Islands can expect delivery within 2 working days. European customers can expect delivery within 5 working days and for the rest of the world, we recommend the goods will arrive in up to 10 working days.

Q. Can I visit your warehouse what are your opening hours?
A. Our friendly customer service team are always happy to meet customers for a chat and we love advising product lines that suit your business needs! Our warehouse opening hours are Monday to Friday, 10am till 6pm and if these hours are unsuitable we can sometimes open on a weekend, but you will need to make an appointment and we do require at least 7 days notice to do this.

Q. I have seen a particular product I like but it comes in a selection of colours, can I just order the particular colour?
A. Unfortunately assorted items cannot be split as this would make the remaining items unsellable. However, we may be able to produce the certain product for you on a special order if you wish to order in bulk. This would require orders over 500-1000 pieces depending on the product. If you require further information in regards to this, please email info@accent-accessories.com and we will be able to tailor a quote for you.

Q. There was a particular product on your website I ordered last time but cannot seem to find it, can you help?
A. If you having trouble finding a product, it may be that we are out of stock. If you are unsure or would like to know when it will be arriving in stock, please email us on info@accent-accessories.com and we will be happy to help. Our website is updated with every shipment we receive so we recommend checking our site regularly to see if it has been restocked.

Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. We accept credit/debit card payment online via Sage Pay and also over the phone, bank transfers and Paypal. Our Paypal address is as follows: info@accent-accessories.com. When selecting to pay by bank transfer, you order will be placed and our warehouse staff will prepare this for you. When your order is ready, a team member will email you a copy of your invoice, packing list and a document containing our bank details. As soon as the funds have cleared we will ship your goods.

Q. Can we set up a credit account with you?
A. Unfortunately we do not offer credit accounts as Accent is a cash and carry wholesaler only. We can only release goods after full payment is received.

Q. I would like to receive a few samples before doing business with you, is this possible?
A. We offer a sample service to all new and existing customers so you can check the quality and look of our products.To order a sample, simply call us on 0161 834 0400 or email your sample order to info@accent-accessories.com. We charge a UK shipping rate of £4 for up to 5 different items, and you will need to pay the unit cost for each item plus the postage charge.

Q. If I am a European customer, do I have to pay VAT?
A. VAT can be deducted from your order as long as we are provided with a valid VAT number. Please contact us with your VAT number before placing your order so we ensure the correct charges are made to you. If you do not provide us with a VAT number, you will be charged the standard UK VAT rate of 20%.
